TCNJ professors are actively engaged not only within the TCNJ community but within the engineering community as a whole. Dr. Karen Yan has held multiple leadership positions in the Materials Divisions American Society of of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) over the past four years including Vice Chair of Composite and Heterogeneous Materials Technical Committee and Chair of Composite and Heterogeneous Materials Technical Committee.
